📢🌱 Second Saturdays: Volunteer at the Desert Farm.May 9th

What We Do

From a desert to a gathering place.

We transform desertified Earth, one seed (and one person) at a time.

Visions Taking Root

🌳

Tiny Forest in the Desert

A dense, fast-growing Miyawaki-style forest bringing vital shade, soil health, and biodiversity to arid landscapes right here in the Antelope Valley.

🦋

Butterfly Steps

A dedicated pollinator haven fostering native flora, specifically designed to support migrating butterflies and local beneficial insect populations. Participants can log their steps everyday in our free community app, where everyone's steps are counted in an annual migration tracker. We currently made it as far as San Diego, but must put it a lot more steps to match the monarch butterfly!

🚌

Starry Night Skoolie

Our converted mobile classroom that brings hands-on ecological education, supplies, and inspiration directly into local neighborhoods and schools.
