One of our original Board Members, Rashonda Bartney is an interdisciplinary artist, urban gardener, and mental health advocate making a significant impact in the art and food justice spheres. She is dedicated to harnessing the power of art and science to uplift marginalized communities. Rashonda has led our Aircrete 'N Chill events, helped coordinate the arrival of our Starstream, and volunteered to help us plant our first Tiny Forest. "It is truly a pleasure to contribute to the solution. For Every Star, A Tree is focused on regenerating both the land and its people."

Taylor Casalena is a sustainability strategist, naturalist, and consultant who helps forward-thinking organizations connect with nature and deliver thoughtful approaches to sustainability. She holds a bachelors degree in Environmental Studies from Goucher College and is a certified Pollinator Partnership steward. Taylor played a critical role in attracting resources to our .25-acre Butterfly Garden.
